White Tara Thangka | Drolkar | Traditional Handmade Tara Painting
The artist has portrayed her graceful look seated on a moon disc, making her stand out with the natural water stream in the background. The ornaments complement her elegant looks. She wears two-colored scarves on her upper torso, a small one about her waist and a long blue one flowing softly about her body. She wears a rainbow-colored undergarment partially covered by a soft red cloth richly patterned in gold on her lower body. In addition, she wears a blue outer covering, also elaborately patterned by gold.

Tara has several emanations to help as many beings from suffering as possible, but the most familiar incarnations are White Tara and Green Tara. White Tara is performed for any health-related issues within the Tibetan Himalayan community and Vajrayana masters.
We can find special dedication and prayer to Mother Tara for our protection from sickness, disease, untimely death, and accidents in all the monasteries.
May the blessings of Mother White Tara be there for your Long Life and Good Health!
