    Guru Rinpoche, Tantric Buddhist Master Tibetan Thangka Art

    Our artist has portrayed the Thangka of Tibetan Guru Rinpoche above clouds seated on a lotus seat with a red hat. His body is golden in color, and his complexion is white with a pinkish hue. He wears robes of different colors, symbolizing his enlightened experience and attainments. His outer garment is red, showing great compassion for all sentient beings. His outer coat is brown with a gold pattern design, symbolizing his renunciation.

    Guru Rinpoche is not only a fully enlightened Buddha, but he has also manifested as one of the greatest sages of the Vajrayana Buddhist world. The precious teacher was a powerful Tantric Buddhist master. He is invited to Tibet in the eighth century to propagate Buddhism. He was born miraculously and served infinite beings for millenniums through the power of his wisdom and compassion. He manifested Zangdok Palri Pureland and remained there in the body of light.

    CONSECRATION OF THANGKA
    As requested for consecrations/blessings, we can take Thangka to Monasteries/Rinpoches from nearby Boudha Stupa. We kindly ask you to offer $20 for the monasteries for blessings/consecration service.
