Our Meditation Bowl also known as Singing Bowl is a handmade product. Since ancient times, Buddhist monks in Nepal and Tibet have utilized them for meditation, religious ceremonial music, traditional ritual offerings, praying as prayer bowls, and as traditional musical instruments.
Introduction To Singing Bowl :
The actual origins of the Singing Bowl are unknown, however, there is some indication that it may have originated in China about the 16th century BC. Metals used to make traditional bowls included mercury, lead, silver, iron, gold, and copper.
Despite its long history of usage, very little scientific research has looked at the possible advantages of Tibetan Singing Bowl. However, other people claim that using the bowls makes them feel calmer.
