Our Singing Bowl is a handcrafted item. Buddhist monks in Nepal and Tibet have used them for meditation, religious ceremonial music, traditional ritual offerings, praying as prayer bowls, and as traditional musical instruments since ancient times.
Introduction To Chakra Singing Bowl :
Although the exact origins of the Singing Bowl are uncertain, there is some evidence that it may have originated in China about the 16th century BC. Mercury, lead, silver, iron, gold, and copper were among the metals used to manufacture traditional bowls.
Despite its long history of use, relatively little scientific study has been conducted on the potential benefits of the Tibetan Singing Bowl. Others, however, believe that using the bowls helps them feel more relaxed.
