Our Singing Bowl was expertly made by hand. Since ancient times, Buddhist monks in Nepal and Tibet have used them for traditional musical instruments, religious ceremonial music, ritual offerings, prayer, and meditation.
Introduction To Singing Bowl :
Although the exact origins of the Singing Bowl are uncertain, there is some evidence that it may have originated in China in about the 16th century BC. Mercury, lead, silver, iron, gold, and copper were among the metals used to manufacture traditional bowls.
Despite its long history of use, relatively little scientific study has been conducted on the potential benefits of the Tibetan Singing Bowl. Others, however, believe that using the bowls helps them feel more relaxed.
