Traditionally Hand-Painted Noble Tara Thangka
The Noble Tara Thangka is hand-painted using acrylic colors on a cotton canvas in our studio. We depicted the deity in a beautiful green color embellished with ornaments as body decoration. Her left hand's thumb and ring finger are pressed together as she performs the refuge sign while holding a blue lotus, representing the union of knowledge and compassion. Her other three fingers stand in for the triple jewels: the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha. We meticulously attend to even the most minor details to give the painting a more organic, historic feel. Many disciples are making offerings to the deity in the painting.
This Green Tara Thangka will be a perfect gift for a practitioner like you from Nepal.

Mother Tara is one of the principal deities who deals with us confused and distracted beings, bringing us back to our original state. Following Tara's practice, we develop strong feelings of joy, happiness, and closeness. It is said that Mother Tara's "hook of compassion" is always ready; we must have our mind and heart in the state of readiness, which is the "ring of devotion."
The practice of Green Tara helps us remove fears and hindrances. And also develop the ability to benefit all sentient beings.
