Vajrapani is the embodiment of all the buddha. He is the meditational deity in the series to be represented in wrathful form. He symbolizes enlightened power and energy.

In this thangka, Vajrapani is in a standing posture. He is deep blue in color wearing a tiger silk cloth. Both of his hand is in threatening mudra used for overcoming hindrance, his right-hand holds a vajra symbolizing enlightened power of full spiritual awakening. Vajrapani is endowed with the third eye of wisdom in his forehead and surrounded by flames of wisdom energy emanating from all the pores of his powerful body.
