Traditional Tibetan White Tara Goddess Of Compassion Thangka
The White Tara Goddess Of Compassion Thangka depicts the deity in the center seated on a moon disc lotus seat. She is surrounded by clouds and blue water flowing beneath the lotus seat. In addition to the three eyes on Tara's calm face, she also has eyes on the palms of her hands and the soles of her feet. The umbrella that highlights the thangka's splendor is placed over Tara's colorful halo. Her disciples are making offerings to her. Some of them are standing on the clouds in the sky. The color scheme of this thangka is captivating. We hand-drawn every aspect of this thangka using acrylic paints on cotton canvas. We also have used genuine 24K gold to further highlight the deity's features and as a finishing touch.

White Tara is a meditational deity practiced by the Vajrayana practitioners. White Tara (also called Drolma) is the female Bodhisattva of Compassion. She embodies the motivation of compassion in action, bestowing blessings of mercy and release from suffering. She engenders, nourishes, smiles at the vitality of creation, and has sympathy for all beings as a mother does for her children.
