Introduction To Singing Bowl
Although the Singing Bowl's exact origins are uncertain, some evidence suggests that it originated in China in about the 16th century BC. Metals such as mercury, lead, silver, iron, gold, and copper were used to make traditional bowls.Despite its long history of use, little scientific study on the Tibetan Singing Bowl's possible benefits has been conducted. Others, on the other hand, believe that using the bowls helps them feel more relaxed.
