Bodhisattva Manjushree Thangka
Introduction To The Thangka :
Bodhisattva Manjushri encompasses all the unfathomable wisdom of the Buddhas, and he is Smooth, Glorious, and Melodious. He is golden orange in color and holds a blazing sword of knowledge in his right hand and a lotus flower stem in his left, which holds a book of the Perfection of Wisdom sutras. His two-edged sword slashes through layers of misunderstanding, correctly discriminating between the independent way things appear to exist and the interdependent way they truly do. Manjushri emptied Nepal's Kathmandu Valley, making it habitable for humans and spreading the Buddha's teachings.
