Ekajati Thangka Print With Rahula And Dorje Legpa
The thangka print portrays Ekajati at the center with Rahula on the right and Dorje Legpa on the left. Her complexion is red, and she wears her hair in a high chignon. She only has one head, breast, two hands, and one eye. Her hair is pulled back into a single bun with a turquoise brow curl. This, along with her other qualities, demonstrates her unwavering commitment to nondualism.
A single fang pierces through hurdles, and a single breast "nurtures superior practitioners as offspring," according to Ekajati. Except for a white cloud and tiger skin robe around her waist, she is bare, like consciousness.

THIS IS A HIGH-QUALITY THANGKA PRINT AND CAN BE PRINTED IN YOUR PREFERRED SIZE.
Ekajati appears in both the Buddhist and Hindu pantheons. Ekajati was brought to Nalanda by (the tantric) Nagarjuna in the seventh century.
According to Buddhist legend, Rahula was a child when Prince Siddhartha determined to live an austere life to discover the ultimate meaning of existence and the Samsara cycle. Rahula went on to become a Buddhist monk and achieve enlightenment. In Buddhist art, he has the bottom body of a coiled snake spirit (naga) and the upper body of a four-armed man with nine heads and a thousand eyes. One huge wrathful face sits in the center of the stomach.
Dorje Legpa has one face, two hands, three round eyes, a gaping mouth, and yellow hair that flows upward like a flame. He is wrathful and maroon in color. A gold vajra is clutched in the right hand, while a human heart is in the left. He wears a cap, spherical in shape and gold in color, topped with a half vajra, and is adorned with gold earrings, necklaces, and bracelets.
