In the thangka print, we have depicted the Ruler of Trayastrimma, Indra Deity. Indra's crown is adorned with five or more jewels, representing his dominion over the five elements and his enlightened nature. He is surrounded by a retinue of other deities and celestial beings, indicating his status as a leader in the divine realm. Indra is regarded as an important divinity in Mahayana Buddhism and is frequently portrayed in thangkas and other works of Buddhist art, especially in the Vajrayana or Tibetan Buddhist school. He is revered as the supreme god and is linked to strength, power, and safety. Indra is also seen as a defender of the Dharma, or the Buddha's teachings, in some Vajrayana teachings.
