Hand-Painted Green Tara Thangka For Mediation
Crafted with great care and attention to detail on a foundation of sturdy cotton canvas, the Green Tara Thangka is a magnificent representation of Tibetan Buddhist artistry. The canvas offers the delicate depiction of Green Tara, a revered goddess representing compassion and enlightenment, a sturdy surface. The acrylic gold enhances the deity's divine aura by adding a radiant luminosity. The thangka is further enhanced by vibrant acrylic colors that harmoniously convey Green Tara's calm and caring demeanor. The thangka, created in the Gadri style, has raised and embossed textures that give it depth and a tactile feel that encourages reflection and interaction. The exquisite Gadri technique, when combined with the skillful combination of cotton canvas, acrylic gold, and acrylic colors, produces a representation that is both captivating and spiritually meaningful.

Note: Green Tara Thangka is an original painting from Enlightenment Studio located at Boudha Stupa.
Renowned in Tibetan Buddhism, Green Tara appears as the embodiment of mercy, enlightenment, and prompt action. The vivid imagery of the Green Tara Thangka embodies her ethereal presence. She is frequently portrayed in a calm seated position, one leg outstretched, prepared to assist those who call upon her. The soft green color of her skin symbolizes her affinity for the natural world and her quick response to the needs of living things. Green Tara radiates grace and maternal compassion as she wears flowing garments and divine ornaments. She is holding a blossoming lotus in her left hand and extending her right hand in a wish-granting gesture, signifying her compassionate outreach to anyone who asks for her assistance. As a visual meditation, the Green Tara Thangka invites followers to commune with the goddess' nourishing energy, ask for protection, and find comfort while traveling the spiritual path.
