White Tara Thangka, Healing Goddess and Bestower of Longevity
White Tara, the Healing Goddess, is revered in Tibetan Buddhism as a symbol of compassion, healing, and longevity. Known for her nourishing energy, she guides practitioners toward spiritual balance and well-being while bestowing blessings of health and tranquility. Despite its small dimensions, the thangka exudes grace and spiritual depth, making it suitable for personal shrines or meditation areas.
White Tara is depicted sitting calmly on a lotus throne, with her seven eyes symbolizing alertness and her ability to sense and respond to the suffering of all beings. In her left hand, she holds a lotus blossom, which represents purity and enlightenment. Her right hand is outstretched in a gesture of compassion. The intricate details of her flowing robes and celestial adornments, highlighted with bright gold accents, enhance her divine aura.
