Offering bowls for Ritual Altar
This is a set of seven offering bowls, also known as Tings, or Dindzar in Tibetan, a very common ritual practice among Buddhist practitioners. The water offering custom is followed in some Hindu cultures as well. These beautifully hand crafted Offering bowls are made up of copper with amazing silver and gold plated details.
"Offerings are practices for accumulating positive possibilities and purifying attachment and greed. An enlightened being like the Buddha does not require our offering, our respect, or our weakness. Rather, we do these practices because of the transformative effects they have on our own minds."
We do not have to compulsarily offer water on the altar rather we can offer anything we think is beautiful on our Puja shrine like flowers, incense, lights, and food.
