About Our Statue :
This Spiritual Guru Rinpoche Sculpture will bring the holy presence of Guru Rinpoche, also known as Padmasambhava, into your sacred place. This statue is 17cm tall, 10cm wide, and weighs 0.43kg. It is made of copper and polished in an antique style that shows the depth of its fine details. Guru Rinpoche is seated in deep meditation, holding a vajra in his right hand to signify indestructible wisdom and a skull cup in his left hand to represent the transformation of ignorance into enlightenment. The statue's expressive features and beautiful headpiece make it a potent symbol of protection, spiritual guidance, and inner awakening, ideal for daily mantras, rituals, or devotional practices.
This antique-finished copper sculpture exemplifies the creativity and spiritual reverence inherent in traditional Tibetan handicraft. The weathered patina creates a realistic, time-worn appearance that evokes the mystical essence of Himalayan temples. Guru Rinpoche, the Lotus-Born Master, is a renowned tantric teacher who suppressed negative energies and brought Vajrayana Buddhism to Tibet. Placing this statue on your altar, meditation area, or spiritual corner brings blessings in wisdom, clarity, and healing energy. Whether you're a practitioner, spiritual seeker, or Buddhist art collector, this statue connects deeply to ancient teachings and a profound presence that exudes peace, strength, and sacred intention.
Introduction To Guru Rinpoche :
Guru Rinpoche was an instrumental figure in Tibetan Buddhism. In Tibetan Buddhism, Padmasambhava's teachings are said to have an oral lineage (kama) and a lineage of the hidden treasure texts (termas). He is said to appear in visionary encounters to tertöns, and his form is visualized during guru yoga practice, particularly in the Nyingma school. He is revered by Buddhists in Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan, India's Himalayan states, and other countries around the world.
How do you take care of your statues?
• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is utterly free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by a Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching objects with the bare hand can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
