A Radiant Vision of Enlightenment, Standing Buddha Shakyamuni Tibetan Artistry
The Standing Buddha Shakyamuni Thangka depicts Buddha with a radiant yellow body, representing purity, enlightenment, and unbounded compassion. Standing atop a moon disc upon a lotus seat, he represents transcendence and spiritual elevation. His right hand is extended in Varada Mudra, the sign of bestowing blessings and fulfilling devotees' wishes, while his left hand is uplifted in Abhaya Mudra, which represents bravery and protection.
An exclusive Buddha Thangka, the masterpiece of Tibetan artistry, created with unparalleled attention to detail and a deep reverence for tradition. Exhibiting the classic elegance of the Karma Gadri manner, this piece of art was meticulously hand-painted on premium cotton canvas. The use of natural Lhasa stone colors obtained from the Himalayas' mineral-rich terrains adds amazing depth and vitality to the artwork. Renowned for their earthy hues and timeless radiance, these pigments combine to form the Buddha's glowing golden body, which represents his enlightenment and sacred purity. To accentuate the elaborate designs of his monk's robe, the subtle outlines of his mudras, and the heavenly light enveloping his body, real 24-karat gold is skillfully added.
