    Citipati Thangka , Smashana Adhipati or The Dancing Skeleton Couple

    This Citipatti/Chitipati thangka is painted according to the Citipati Sadhana text provided in the Sakya tradition. We have painted all the iconographic details with much precision to help your meditation practice.

    Citipati belongs to lineages of esoteric Buddhist practice from Tibet. The Sakya school was the first one to include this dancing skeleton couple in their practice which was later adopted by the Gelugs as well.

    OUR TEAM
    We are a team of traditionally trained Karma Gadri artists from Boudha Stupa. Our lineage comes from Venerable Master Jamyang Phunshok. Who is from Kham, Eastern Tibet.

    We are focused on bringing accurate iconographic thangka, which will be helpful to your practice.

    We do traditional brocade mount upon your request. We send available samples and price details for your final confirmation. 

    CONSECRATION OF THANGKA
    As requested for consecrations/blessings, we can take thangka to Monasteries/Rinpoches from nearby Boudha Stupa. We kindly ask you to offer $20 for the monasteries for blessings/consecration service.
