Green Tara, often hailed as the "Mother of Liberation," stands as a beloved figure in Tibetan Buddhism and beyond. Her verdant radiance symbolizes her swift and compassionate nature. With one leg elegantly extended, ready to leap to the aid of those in need, and the other folded in contemplation, she embodies both action and meditation. Her right hand is poised in a gesture of granting wishes, while her left hand holds a lotus, a symbol of purity. Green Tara is the embodiment of boundless compassion and protection. Devotees turn to her for assistance in times of difficulty, believing that her mantra, "Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha," can swiftly dispel obstacles and fears. Green Tara is a constant reminder of the ever-present grace and empathy in the universe, inspiring us to cultivate compassion and offer assistance to those in need, just as she does with unwavering love and devotion.

The practice of Green Tara helps us remove fears and hindrances. And also develop the ability to benefit all sentient beings.
