Introduction To Torma Mandala:
Torma, which are triangular in shape, are offered to fearsome protective deities such as Mahakala and Shri Devi. Torma is produced from barley flour and is built for several reasons. They are made as unique offerings for certain deities on specified days. They are sometimes used to represent the subject of an initiation process. They are also utilized as a weapon in repulsion rituals such as turning back barriers during New Year's celebrations. They are sometimes shown in artworks supposed to hang in the temples of the wrathful protector deities.
