Tara's extremely compassionate, benevolent, and peaceful nature is one of the most popular and revered deities among the Tibetans. The practice of White Tara is performed for any health-related issues within the Tibetan Himalayan community and among Vajrayana masters. In most of the monasteries, we can find special dedication and prayer to Mother Tara for our protection from sickness, disease, untimely death, and accidents.
