Description
Traditional Tibetan Hand-Painted 21 Tara Prayer Thangka
Our 21 Tara thangka is among the largest and most impressive thangkas we have created. We have based its design on the tradition of the revered Mahasiddha Surya Gupta, ensuring that every detail is authentic and true to the Buddhist teachings. Prior to painting, we conducted extensive research to ensure that each attribute and element was accurately represented in the thangka.
As you can see in the thangka, each of the 21 Taras is depicted with a unique hand posture based on their respective mudras. Our skilled artists have taken great care to ensure that each Tara is distinct and instantly recognizable, making for a truly remarkable and striking work of art. To further enhance the beauty and vibrancy of each deity, we have incorporated genuine 24K pure gold into the painting. The result is a stunning visual display that perfectly balances the lush green background and richly adorned ornaments, preserving the traditional practice while imbuing the thangka with vibrant, contemporary energy.

The 21 Tara Thangka is a stunning portrayal of the Savior-deity who offers liberation from suffering to all souls. In her Royal Ease Posture, she stands ready to assist and aid all living beings, including those of other realms and even animals.
Through the 21 Tara thangka practice, practitioners develop a deep sense of joy, happiness, and closeness to the divine. Of particular note is the Green Tara, known as Sengdeng Nagchi Drölma, who is renowned for her ability to liberate sentient beings from the eight great fears. Her compassionate energy is infused into every aspect of this beautiful thangka, making it an invaluable tool for anyone seeking spiritual growth and enlightenment.
