Amitabha Buddha Handmade Buddhist Thangka:
A significant figure in Pure Land Buddhism, Amitabha Buddha is revered for his boundless compassion and his promise to provide a path to enlightenment that is open to all beings. Chanting the mantra "Namo Amitabha Buddha" with the hope of reincarnating in his Western Pure Land, Sukhavati is a part of the Pure Land tradition. Amitabha is significant because of his inclusive philosophy, which emphasizes that anybody can achieve enlightenment. His name, which translates to "Infinite Light" and "Infinite Life," represents the eternal life and brilliance of wisdom. Worshippers think that by saying his name aloud, they can quickly become enlightened in a favorable setting. Those who wish to break free from the cycle of samsara have a hopeful and approachable path to follow, thanks to the Amitabha Buddha's loving vow and Pure Land teachings.
Original Hand-Painted Green Tara Thangka:
Green Tara is adorned in silken garments and jeweled ornaments. The primary difference in the iconography between Green Tara and White Tara is the position of their legs. Green Tara sits in a posture of ease, with one leg drawn towards her and the other resting on a lotus bud that springs from the pedestal. Her hands are in the mudra of perfect generosity, holding the stems of blue lotus, showing a peaceful and smiling expression.
