Amitabha Buddha Images Thangka Painting For Meditation

We painted the Buddha Amitabha Buddha Images by hand with artistic precision using our decades of experience in Thangka painting. Cotton canvas and acrylic colors were used for the drawing process. The deity is portrayed in this thangka seated on a moon disc lotus seat, his legs crossed, and his hands holding an alms bowl. The dazzling halo highlights his placid and unruffled demeanor. We have utilized genuine 24K gold along with acrylic paints. The painting has a superb color combination as a result. This artwork may be used for various Buddhist rites and practices, including meditation, mantra chanting, and house decoration.

The Amitabhaba Buddha Thangka will be a perfect gift for a practitioner like you.

Note: Amitabha Buddha Thangka is an original painting from Enlightenment Studio located at Boudha Stupa.

Amitabha is Amitayus, the great savior Buddha in Mahayana Buddhism, particularly in the Pure Land sects. In Tibet and Nepal, Amitabha was never as popular as a savior figure as in East Asia. Still, he is revered as one of the five "self-born" buddhas (Dhyani-buddhas) who have existed eternally. Amitabha is known as Amitayus, or "Infinite Life," because he bestows longevity. The two names are interchanged in China and Japan, but in Tibet, the two are never confounded in a specific ritual for obtaining long life. He is depicted with ornaments and a crown on his head, holding the ambrosia vase from which the eternal life jewels fall.
