Traditionally Hand Painted Avalokiteshvara Buddhist Thangka

We have exclusively hand-painted the Buddhist thangka of Avalokiteshvara in the traditional Himalayan art of Nepal. Deity depicted atop a moon disc lotus seat with a peaceful expression is mesmerizing. The light red halo illuminates his face on vintage background, and the exquisite gold-gilded crown and turquoise jewels engulf him. This thangka will be an excellent gift for meditation and yoga activities to a practitioner like you. We assure you that the thangka will be long-lasting since the elements and materials are of high quality.

Avalokiteshvara embodies the bodhisattva's determination to wait until he has helped every sentient being on Earth achieve freedom (moksha; literally, "relief") from pain (dukkha) and the cycle of death and rebirth before gaining Buddhahood (samsara). "The Lord Who Watches in All Directions" is how his name has been interpreted.
