Buddha Shakyamuni Painting With Two Disciples

This Buddha Shakyamuni Painting is a true master piece in our studio. This thangka of buddha was painted conscientiously by our artist, where they used acrylics color on cotton canvas and added 24k gold as well. He is seated on a large throne, guarded by two of his students, who are passing an offering between them. The Great Sage of Shakyas is depicted in his usual pose, holding a bowl in his left hand and making the mudra of the ground with his right. Behind him, there is a big halo of luminous light. A glance at this exquisite thangka may provide spiritual solace for a practitioner like you. We assure that the thangka painting's materials are of the greatest quality and will last for many years.

Shakyamuni Buddha is the historical Buddha, the originator of Buddhist philosophy, and is commonly referred to as "the Buddha." In the Buddhist religion, each "Kalpa" (a Buddhist eon) is considered to have its own Buddha, whose teachings gradually fade until the next Buddha arrives. He is believed to have lived around 420 BC and spent most of his time preaching the teachings of Dharma. The Life of Buddha Thangka depicts his life in detail. He is regarded as a role model, mentor, and inspiration. The "dharma," or spiritual belief, and the "sanga," or Buddhist community, are said to secure his presence on Earth.
