Manjushri, The Buddhist Deity Of Wisdom Thangka

This hand-painted thangka is a magnificent representation of Manjushri, the Buddhist deity of wisdom. He carries a flaming sword in his right hand, signifying his capacity to cut through ignorance and deception, and a lotus flower in his left hand, symbolizing his knowledge and purity. He has golden skin and a brilliant aura. The halo of light surrounding his head and his serene demeanor represent his enlightened nature and his capacity to give knowledge and wisdom to his followers. This thangka beautifully depicts Manjushri and invites you to seek his blessings and direction for your spiritual endeavors or home décor collection. Allow Manjushri's presence to motivate you to gain insight, clarity, and spiritual development. Include this vital work of art in your life right away.

Note: Manjushree Thangka is an original painting from Enlightenment Studio located at Boudha Stupa.

Manjushri embodies all the buddhas' unfathomable wisdom: Smooth, Glorious, and Melodious. He is golden orange in hue and wields a flaming sword of wisdom in his right hand and a lotus flower stem in his left, on which a volume of the Perfection of Wisdom sutras rests. His double-edged sword cuts through layers of misconception, precisely distinguishing between the independent way things appear to exist and the interdependent way they genuinely do. Manjushri drained Nepal's Kathmandu Valley, making it fit for human habitation and disseminating the Buddha's teachings.
