    Manjushri Buddha Thangka- Tibetan Wisdom Deity

    This Manjushri Buddha thangka art comprises 24K gold and natural stone colors. Our artist has painted this thangka in a traditional karma gadri style. He sits atop a moon disc lotus seat with a calm and serene expression that seems floating in the air. The bright blue halo illuminates his face, and the vibrant nimbus engulfs him. He carries the wisdom sword in his right hand while he carries the lotus stem in his left hand.

    Manjushri embodies all the buddhas' unfathomable wisdom, and he is Smooth, Glorious, and Melodious. He is golden orange in hue and wields a flaming sword of wisdom in his right hand and a lotus flower stem in his left, on which a volume of the Perfection of Wisdom sutras rests. His double-edged sword cuts through layers of misconception, precisely distinguishing between the independent way things appear to exist and the interdependent way they genuinely do. Manjushri drained Nepal's Kathmandu Valley, making it fit for human habitation and disseminating the Buddha's teachings.

    CONSECRATION OF THANGKA
    As requested for consecrations/blessings, we can take thangka to Monasteries/Rinpoches from nearby Boudha Stupa. We kindly ask you to offer $20 for the monasteries for blessings/consecration service.
