Description

Samantabhadra And Samantabhadri Hand Painted Thangka

The Buddhist deity Buddha Samantabhadra And Samantabhadri is shown in blue and white, respectively, in a thangka, seated in the void and encircled by a rainbow nimbus halo. He is contemplative and bare, indicating he lacks any notion stains. His name, Kuntuzangpo, translates to "always lovely," "always well," or "unchanging goodness" in both Tibetan and Sanskrit. We hand-painted the deity using natural stone colors and genuine 24K gold on a cotton canvas. The nimbus represents the rainbow color, illuminating the deity's body. You can use this magnificent Samantabhadra thangka for your daily practice, and meditation.

Note: Buddha Samantabhadra Thangka is an original painting from Enlightenment Studio located at Boudha Stupa.

Samantabhadra is a personification of the extremely subtle wisdom, the great bliss mind of all beings and all buddhas, and the primal awareness of the universe. He is in union with the Great Mother, Samantabhadri, the clear light of the void indivisible from enlightened awareness. Samantabhadra Father-Mother thus represents the Great Perfection vision of reality, the idea that the fundamental nature of the universe is pure bliss and goodness, total positive energy of joy and of freedom from suffering if beings only turn away from their delusive habits long enough to recognize this very substance of their being.
