Exceptionally Hand Painted Guru Rinpoche Thangka with Consort Mandarva and Yeshe Tsogyal

This Guru Rinpoche thangka is the recent one in our collection. One of our exclusively hand painted thangka this year, in a uniquely dark background. Both of the consorts Mandarva and Yeshe Tsogyal are present in this thangka, offering their prostrations to the Guru. Whereas Guru Rinpoche is portrayed in his distinctive attire, lotus hat and holding his Khatvanga, Vajra and Kapala in the midst of the cave.

On the top right of the thangka is the Buddha of infinite life, Buddha Amitabha surrounded by the radiant aura of lights.

Guru Padmasambhava or Guru Rinpoche is not only a fully enlightened Buddha, but he has also manifested as one of the greatest sages of the Vajrayana Buddhist world. He was born miraculously and served infinite beings for millenniums through the power of his wisdom and compassion. He manifested in Zangdok Palri Pure land and remained there in the body of light.

We are a team of traditionally trained Karma Gadri artists from Boudha Stupa. Our lineage comes from Venerable Master Jamyang Phunshok. Who is from Kham, Eastern Tibet.

As requested for consecrations/blessings, we can take thangka to Monasteries/Rinpoche from nearby Boudha Stupa. We kindly ask you to offer $20 for the monasteries for blessings/consecration service.
