About the statue:

This Oxidized Copper Namtoshe Statue represents the power of protection and abundance. Namtoshe, also known as Vaishravana or Dzambhala, is one of Tibetan Buddhism's Four Heavenly Kings, worshiped as the protector of wealth and prosperity. Standing 13.5cm tall and weighing 0.45kg, this sculpture is a powerful addition to any altar or meditation room.

Namtoshe is sitting atop a roaring snow lion, holding a sword and a mongoose, representing both authority and the abolition of poverty. This piece is meticulously created, from the detailed armor to the decorative flame-like halo surrounding him. The copper finish gives it a rich, historic appearance, making it ideal for collectors and practitioners looking for a spiritual guardian and bringer of wealth.

Introduction to Namtoshe Statue:

Namtoshe or Vaishravana, the Lord of Wealth, is the Buddhist equivalent of Kubera, the Brahmanical deity of wealth. He also rules over the realm of riches. He is depicted seated on a lotus seat. He has two hands, one holding a lemon and the other holding a jewel-spitting mongoose, establishing him as the wealth deity.

How do you take care of your statues?

• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching objects with the bare hand can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
