    This hand-painted thangka for the 1000 Armed Chenrezig practice is done on cotton canvas using acrylic colors. His thousand arms symbolize his capacity to reach out and assist all sentient beings, and this awakened bodhisattva is renowned for his boundless compassion. A lotus flower, a wheel of dharma, a conch shell, and a sword are among the symbols each hand holds. Chenrezig's peaceful countenance exudes knowledge and kindness as she wears angelic garb and a jewel-encrusted crown. This thangka's fine craftsmanship and brilliant colors are evidence of its artist's dedication and expertise.     Note: Manjushree Thangka is an original painting from Enlightenment Studio located at Boudha Stupa.

    Manjushri embodies all the Buddhas' unfathomable wisdom: Smooth, Glorious, and Melodious. He is golden orange in hue and wields a flaming sword of wisdom in his right hand, and a lotus flower stems in his left, on which a volume of the Perfection of Wisdom sutras rests. His double-edged sword cuts through layers of misconception, precisely distinguishing between the independent way things appear to exist and the interdependent way they genuinely do. Manjushri drained Nepal's Kathmandu Valley, making it fit for human habitation and disseminating the Buddha's teachings.

    We are a team of traditionally trained Karma Gadri artists from Boudha Stupa. Our lineage comes from Venerable Master Jamyang Phunshok. Who is from Kham, Eastern Tibet.

    We do traditional brocade mount upon your request. We send available samples and price details for your final confirmation. 

    CONSECRATION OF THANGKA
    As requested for consecrations/blessings, we can take thangka to Monasteries/Rinpoches from nearby Boudha Stupa. We kindly ask you to offer $20 for the monasteries for blessings/consecration service.
