The Founder of Buddhism, Gautama Buddha | Tibetan Buddha Shakyamuni | Enlightened One
Hand-painted with exquisite care, this thangka showcases the founder of Buddhism, Gautama Buddha, as a stunning representation of Tibetan Buddhism. Made from high-quality materials, including cotton canvas, acrylic colors, and 24K gold, it captures the essence of the traditional Karma Gadri style. By striking a balance between beauty and spiritual depth, this artwork embodies the classic design principles of Buddhist art.
In this thangka, the Buddha is depicted as a figure of peace, wisdom, and compassion. Born as Siddhartha Gautama, he attained enlightenment and spread his teachings on ending suffering through the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path. The painting's calm expression and posture reflect his deep understanding of life and his role in guiding others to inner peace. The use of 24K gold enhances the sacred nature of the Buddha's image, while the vibrant acrylic colors create an inspiring representation of his wisdom and compassion.
