Description
Guru Dragpo Thangka is a sacred painting depicting Guru Dragpo, a wrathful manifestation of Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambhava), a revered figure in Tibetan Buddhism. In this thangka, Guru Dragpo is depicted with a fierce expression, holding a vajra (thunderbolt) and a skull cup, symbolizing his power to overcome obstacles and subdue negative forces.
The small gold thangka painted on a black backdrop with intricate details and gold accents to highlight the deity's wrathful yet compassionate nature.
