    Manjushri Thangka, Tibetan Deity Art

This Tibetan Manjushri thangka art comprises 24K gold and natural stone colors. Natural stone color can easily last 100-200 years. The thangka is bright, with its golden appearance.  He appears calm as he sits on a lotus seat upon white clouds. His five jeweled crown and magnificent jewels are appealing, with the upper half of his hair tied in 3 tier knot. He carries a fiery sword of wisdom in his right hand, and in his left, a lotus flower stem on which a volume of the Perfection of Wisdom sutras sits. The heavily patterned silk that wraps around his body is magnificent.
