Introduction To Zen Mandala :
The most emphasized practice in most Tibetan Buddhist traditions is the Mandala set. It reinforces our visualization with activities and sound, making it a complete offering of Body, Speech, and Mind. It helps us recognize the vastness of all external, unseen, and internal phenomena.
