Traditional Dorje Drolo Rinpoche Art
Dorje Drolo, Guru Rinpoche's wrathful emanation and one of his eight manifestations, is depicted in this thangka print. He's riding a ferocious, fierce tigress as she tramples on a corpse in a burning inferno. On top of his is Garuda also other wrathful and semi wrathful deities surround him. Menri style of thangka painting, this painting will be a great support for any Dorje Drolo practitioner.

Dorje Drolo has a fiery expression, with three glaring eyes. His third eye represents his wisdom, creative insight, and clairvoyance. His skin is deep brown in color while his distinguishing mop of curly hair is an earthy yellow. He wears the same attire as Padmasambhava with the addition of a garland of fresh human heads and fine bone ornaments. He rides upon a wild, ferocious tigress amidst a blazing fire as she tramples upon a corpse. Dorje Drolo is in extreme wrathful form, his ceremonial dagger, phur pa is held in his left hand and his right-hand holds a Vajra raised above his head as if ready to strike.
