Green Tara | Vajrayana |Hand-Painted Buddhist Art
Our artist has portrayed a Green tara with five jewels symbolizing the Dhyani Five Buddhas. She wears six kinds of ornaments, including necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and so on, symbolizing her perfection of six paramitas. She is holding a blue lotus on her left hand and right hand in the gesture of Giving. She looks calm and serene.

Note: Green Tara Thangka is an original painting from Enlightenment Studio, located at Boudha Stupa.
Green Tara is one main Deity. Green Tara stretches out her right foot and is believed to be ready to step down and help anyone calling upon her name or her mantra. She reaches out to all to grant their wishes as she is one of the most revered deities of Tibetan Buddhism. She is also regarded as the first emancipated woman.

As requested for consecrations/blessings, we can take thangka to Monasteries/Rinpoches from nearby Boudha Stupa. We kindly ask you to offer $20 for the monasteries for blessings/consecration service.
