Chenrezig with White Tara and Green Tara | Buddhist Deities of Compassion, Healing, and Protection | Feature Amitabha Buddha
An extraordinary Chenrezig with White Tara and Green Tara Thangka, meticulously hand-painted on fine cotton canvas utilizing natural stone colors and embellished with genuine 24K gold. Executed in the distinguished Karma Gadri style, this masterpiece features refined details, subtle landscapes, and a luminous composition. The use of natural pigments ensures lasting vibrancy, while the gold accents highlight the sacred forms, giving the thangka an ethereal glow. Each brushstroke from our Enlightenment Studio embodies devotion and the centuries-old Tibetan artistic tradition.
At the center is Two-Armed Chenrezig, also known as Avalokiteshvara, the Bodhisattva of Compassion. He sits on a lotus throne, with a serene expression that represents boundless mercy. In his left hand, he holds a lotus flower that symbolizes purity, while his right hand rests in a gesture of generosity. As the patron of Tibet, Chenrezig is deeply revered, and his mantra, Om Mani Padme Hum, is chanted worldwide to foster compassion and ease suffering. Above him sits Amitabha Buddha, his spiritual teacher, who radiates blessings and reinforces Chenrezig’s enlightened lineage.
On either side of Chenrezig are two powerful feminine deities. To his right is White Tara, goddess of healing, longevity, and maternal compassion, depicted with seven eyes symbolizing omniscience and awareness of suffering. To his left is Green Tara, the swift liberator and protector from obstacles and fears, with her extended leg symbolizing readiness to act and her lotus hand radiating compassion. These two embody nurturing compassion and protective strength, complementing Chenrezig’s role as the embodiment of all Buddhas’ compassion. This rare thangka unites Chenrezig, White Tara, Green Tara, and Amitabha Buddha in a single sacred piece. It is a richly symbolic, radiant object for meditation, bringing healing, protection, and inner peace to any space.
