This thangka, crafted in the Tibetan Karma Gadri style, is hand-painted on high-quality cotton canvas with vibrant acrylics and genuine 24K gold. Tara’s form radiates tranquility and safety, enhanced by expert use of color and gold accents.
Known as the "Mother of Liberation," Green Tara is a beloved deity in Tibetan Buddhism, symbolizing compassion, swift action, and protection from obstacles. She is depicted in her graceful seated stance with one leg extended, always ready to fulfill the needs of those who call on her. Her right hand reaches outward in a gesture of kindness, while her left-hand holds a Utpala flower, which represents purity and resilience. Her serene smile and luminous presence remind practitioners of the transformational power of compassion, making this thangka an important visual aid for meditation and reflection.
