The Thangka portrays the wrathful expression of Guru Senge Dradog with upward streaming hair wearing four skull crowns and garlands of freshly offered heads. He is dark blue in color and wears a tiger-skin loincloth. He holds a vajra in his right hand and a threatening gesture on his left with the burning flames behind him.
