Traditionally Hand Painted Dakini Mandarva Thangka
We have traditionally hand-painted the thangka of Dakini Mandarva with genuine 24k gold and acrylic paints. You can utilize the thangka in various Buddhist ceremonies, meditation, and yoga practices. Deity depicted atop a beautiful cushion illuminates the face by a vibrant halo, and the blue nimbus encircled by gold engulfs her presence. We have used precious jewels and pearls to adorn and embellish magnificent ornaments. We assure you that the materials used for painting the art are high quality and will last many years. In the exquisite ambiance, beneath the elegant clouds & blue sky, the deity holds the khatvanga in her right hand while a vase in her left.

Note: Mandarava Thangka is an original painting from Enlightenment Studio located at Boudha Stupa.
Lhacham Mandarava was no ordinary being. Buddha's disciple, Kashyapa, foretold her birth and that she was to be a manifestation of the wisdom body Vajravarahi. She was originally a princess, and her father was king of Zahor, named Vihardhara, and her mother Mohawk. When Mandarava first met with Guru Padmasambhava at the age of 16, she was already ordained as a monk. Instinctively, she realized that Guru was a great teacher and received teachings and empowerments of the secret Vajrayana, along with her attendants in her private chambers in the palace. Upon receiving the initiations from him, Mandarva became both disciple and consort of the Mahaguru.
