Mini Medicine Buddha Statue
About Our Statue :
We are the artist of the Kathmandu valley who has finely made the Medicine Buddha Tibetan Sculpture in the classic Himalayan Art style using a machine. The figurine is made of copper. We have gilded the face of the deity using genuine 24K gold. In the statue, the deity is seen clutching a Myrobalan plant stem in his right hand. Over his lap, he is holding an alms bowl in his left hand, loaded with sacred medicinal nectar that cures all ills and dispels obstacles.
Introduction To Medicine Buddha :
Medicine Buddha, also known as Bhaishajyaguru in Sanskrit, is regarded as the Buddha of Healing. His teachings aim to free sentient beings from sickness, pain, anguish, and unhappiness while emphasizing the need for prosperity and enjoyment in this life. Many meditators in the Mahayana tradition admire his healing abilities. He is frequently shown with a blue (lapis lazuli) body and hands carrying a begging bowl and medical herbs.

How do you take care of your statues?
• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching with the bare hand objects can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
