About Our Product
This Sacred Buddhist Kapala Set for Altar includes two matching ritual vessels, each measuring 10cm in height, 5.5cm in length, and 7cm in width. Each piece weighs approximately 0.3 kg, with a total weight of 0.59 kg. Crafted from brass, the set features a warm golden surface with detailed carving across the lids, lotus-style supports, and raised bases. The inner bowls are finished in red, giving the vessels a strong ceremonial appearance.
This Kapala set features removable domed lids covered with detailed floral, scrolling, and traditional Himalayan carvings. Each lid is topped with a pointed finial, while the open bowl rests inside a lotus-shaped support, symbolizing purity and spiritual awakening. The lower pedestal is decorated with carved patterns and a broad raised base that supports the vessel. In Vajrayana Buddhist practice, the kapala represents impermanence, transformation, and the transformation of ordinary attachment into wisdom. Used as a ritual offering vessel, it also represents devotion and the offering of purified substances during sacred practice.
This Kapala set can be placed on a Vajrayana altar, shrine, ritual table, meditation room, or Dharma space. It is traditionally used for ceremonial offerings, pujas, tantric rituals, and altar arrangements, while also serving as a meaningful reminder of impermanence, transformation, and spiritual awareness.
Introduction To The Kapala :
The Kapala set holds the nectar used in higher esoteric rituals. It offers liberation to gods and deities, ensuring their devotion. The offerings are said to be transformed into the Wisdom Nectar, a liquid form of the deity's Enlightened Mind.
