Description
Hand-Painted Seven-Eyes White Tara Thangka | Compact Tara Meditation Artwork
This Seven Eyes White Tara Thangka elegantly depicts the sacred presence of the goddess Tara, revered in Tibetan Buddhism for her boundless compassion and healing abilities. The seven eyes on White Tara's hands, feet, and forehead symbolize her omniscient knowledge and capacity to sense the pain of all sentient beings. She is regarded as the goddess of longevity and protection. Gracefully seated on a lotus seat, she is surrounded by lush greenery. Tara's expression is serene and pleasant, reflecting her nature as a compassionate figure. Her figure is brought to life with natural stone colors and 24K gold. The artist has meticulously painted the intricate patterns and fine decorations on her attire, incorporating gold accents in the traditional Karma Gadri style.
With a lotus blossom in her left hand and her right hand resting in a protective position, she bestows blessings on anyone who approaches her for advice. The thangka's background features a soothing mix of soft blues and greens, accented by delicate clouds that foster a tranquil and serene ambiance. She is seated on a lotus base, which is a representation of purity. The delicate lotus petals that surround her add to the painting's beauty. This spiritually powerful artwork is great for altars, meditation rooms, or anybody looking to evoke Tara's compassionate guidance and protective energy.
