Displayed in our Enlightenment Gallery, this thangka vividly illustrates Shakyamuni Buddha’s blessing beneath the sacred Bodhi tree. With a calm and serene demeanor, the Buddha lifts his hand in a compassionate gesture, bestowing blessings upon all beings and highlighting the essence of spiritual awakening. This unique thangka is created with natural stone pigments and real 24K gold. It adheres to the traditional Karma Gadri style and is hand-painted with utmost precision and commitment in our studio, guaranteeing that each piece possesses profound authenticity and spiritual significance.
At the Buddha’s feet, the celestial figures Brahma and Indra are seen in reverence. Brahma, the creator god, is shown paying homage, while Indra, the king of the gods, kneels humbly, offering sacred gifts. CONSECRATION OF THANGKA
As per your request for consecrations/blessings, we can take thangka to nearby monasteries/Rinpoches from Boudha Stupa. We kindly ask that you contribute $50 to the monasteries for these blessing/consecration services.
