Traditional Shakyamuni Buddha Thangka Print
We have exquisitely hand-painted the thangka in traditional karma gadri style, and the print was done in high-quality cotton canvas. We have depicted a deity beneath the green tree, sitting atop a moon disc lotus seat with a peaceful expression. He holds an alms bowl in his left hand while his right hand is on the earth touching mudra. You can use this thangka print for various Buddhist traditions, meditation or yoga activities, and even home décor.
Shakyamuni Buddha, often known as "the Buddha," is the historical Buddha and the founder of Buddhist doctrine. Each "Kalpa" (Buddhist eon) is thought to have its own Buddha, whose teachings disappear when the next Buddha comes. He is believed to have lived about 420 BC and spent most of his time spreading Dharma teachings.
