    Hand-Painted Tibetan Shakyamuni Buddha Thangka

We have exclusively hand-drawn the Tibetan Shakyamuni Buddha Thangka in our studio. We have used cotton canvas and natural stone colors to depict the deity. The historical Buddha is portrayed in the center alongside his disciples. The disciples are making offering to the Buddha. He is seated on a moon disc lotus throne and has a tranquil expression. His left hand is in his lap, holding an alms bowl, while his right hand is making the mudra of the earth-touching gesture. You can use this thangka painting for various purposes, such as in your regular meditation, Buddhist rituals, and even home décor. We also have used genuine 24K gold to further highlight the deity's features and as a finishing touch.

Note: Shakyamuni Buddha Thangka is an original painting from Enlightenment Studio located at Boudha Stupa.

Shakyamuni Buddha is the historical Buddha, the originator of Buddhist philosophy, and is commonly referred to as "the Buddha." In the Buddhist religion, each "Kalpa" (a Buddhist eon) is considered to have its own Buddha, whose teachings gradually fade until the next Buddha arrives. He is believed to have lived around 420 BC and spent most of his time preaching the teachings of Dharma. The Life of Buddha Thangka depicts his life in detail. He is regarded as a role model, mentor, and inspiration. The "dharma," or spiritual belief, and the "sanga," or Buddhist community, are said to secure his presence on Earth.
