Powerful Tibetan Tantric Deity Vajravarahi Thangka | Dorje Phagmo with Karmapa Dudul Dorje, Mahakala Bernagchen, and Four Dakini
Experience the Tibetan Tantric Deity Vajravarahi Thangka, hand-painted on cotton with natural stone colors and 24K gold accents, in the sacred Karma Gadri style. Every brushstroke on this thangka reflects careful workmanship, inspired by cherished traditions, using crushed minerals and powdered stones to create luminous depth. The 24K gold accents her crown, ornaments, and the radiant halo around her fierce form, adding a touch of divine brilliance. The result is a stunning and spiritually uplifting piece that embodies both beauty and protection.
Vajravarahi, also called Dorje Phagmo, is a fierce yet compassionate symbol of ultimate wisdom and one of the most essential feminine tantric deities in Vajrayana Buddhism. She appears in a wrathful yet freeing form, representing the transformative fire of enlightenment that clears away ignorance and ego. Her raised leg, flowing hair, and dynamic stance symbolize courage and liberation from illusions. In this inspiring thangka painting, she is flanked above by Karmapa Dudul Dorje, one of the incarnations of the Karma Kagyu lineage, emphasizing her spiritual authority and sacred link to enlightened masters.
Four vibrant Dakinis—Red Khandarohā, Green Lama, Yellow Rupini, and Blue Dakini—surround Vajravarahi. Each one symbolizes a specific direction, element, and enlightened action, adding a rich and colorful energy to the scene. At the bottom, the mighty protector Mahakala Bernagchen roars with awakened wrath, grounding the thangka in unwavering spiritual protection. Every divine figure is beautifully detailed—depicted with flowing silk scarves, blazing mandorlas, and symbolic tools—all woven into a harmonious mandala that invites both awe and inner transformation. This thangka is not just art; it’s a sacred doorway into practice and spiritual discovery.
