In Vajrayana Buddhism, the strong and esteemed deity Hevajra is frequently portrayed as a furious, angry embodiment of enlightened knowledge. This god, who represents the combination of wisdom (prajna) and deft tactics (upaya), is well known for emulating the transforming and freeing power of compassion. Hevajra is commonly portrayed in iconography with multiple arms, legs, and faces, indicating his capacity to interact with the world in various ways to alleviate suffering. His face frequently displays a furious expression, highlighting his ability to overcome challenges and eradicate ignorance. Hevajra is frequently shown together with his consort Nairatmya, signifying the unbreakable bond between emptiness and wisdom. Hevajra is revered by devotees for his transformational abilities, and they ask for his blessings in order to gain enlightenment, gain spiritual insight, and remove roadblocks.
